Great tone and versatility are the 53DB's calling card. With a dual humbucker configuration, you start with a full range of classic tones often lacking in a guitar of this style. Then there's the custom electronic modification called the Great 8, which allows you to switch those humbuckers to a single-coil tone. This is done using the two push-pull knobs on the volume and tone controls.
The 53DB's body is made of alder and features a beautiful flamed maple top. The instrument is packed with features to explore.
